Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: How can I add a picture of my vehicle to the Customer Rides section?
A: Submit high quality photographs of your vehicle to CustomerRides@grille-tech.com along with a brief description of mods, and your name and town.
Q: How do I find a grille for my car on your website?
A: Select the Make, Model and Year of your vehicle and click "Search"
Q: How do I choose a style color or type?
A: If this option is available, simply select the radial button next to your selection on the Product Display screen.
Q: How do I place an order using PayPal?
A: To pay with your PayPal account through our secure server during checkout: Select the radial button beside "PayPal" on the "Secure Checkout" screen.
Q: How do I place an order with a Credit Card?
A: To pay with your credit card through our secure server during checkout: Select the radial button beside "Credit Card" on the "Secure Checkout" screen.
Q: How do I place an order with a Money Order?
A: To pay with a Money Order through our during checkout, select the radial button beside "Money Order" on the "Secure Checkout" screen. We require this to be done so we are aware specifically of what has been ordered, can communicate with you upon shipment of the order and answer questions about the order should you have any, and enable you (the customer) to accurately submit your Order and payment with the directions you are provided upon purchase.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We state a 1 to 3 week ship time for all domestic shipments. In most cases it should only take about a week to ship but PLEASE BE PATIENT since many items are special-ordered thru Distributors. (Special-ordered items could take longer than three weeks to ship). ALL international customers should allow extra time for their order to arrive since it must pass through Customs and is sometimes even shipped by boat. Therefore, please consider that while we may have shipped your order, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for the courier ship time, Customs, etc. If you have not received your order AFTER 8 weeks, please e-mail us and we will be sure to resolve the situation.
Q: How do I purchase a multi-grille set?
A: You may add each of the separate pieces to your shopping cart before checkout.
Q: What is the Shipping & Handling cost?
A: We charge a flat $12.99 Shipping & Handling charge in the Continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is a flat $17.99. Everywhere else in the world is $29.99.
Q: What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
A: Only Grille-Tech brand grilles are eligible to be returned and a 25% re-stock fee is applied (see full terms below). Any other product line is NOT eligible to be returned and the SALE IS FINAL. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on Grille-Tech brand grilles ONLY! All returns MUST be received within 30 days from date of delivery in order for a refund or exchange to be issued. Also, a 25% re-stocking fee is assessed for Returned items. Shipping & Handing fees are non-refundable. When you place an order, you must check a Sales Agreement box that has each customer agree to terms of sale, including our Return Policy. We make absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS on returns, unless the order is delivered damaged or is lost in transit.
Q: What material is the grille fabricated from?
A: Please refer to the manufacturer link for each particular product. (Click on company logo for the product you are interested in).
Q: What shipping method is used?
A: Domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail and delivery confirmation numbers are used only. In some cases, orders are shipped directly from our distributors via UPS or FedEx. International shipments are sent via U.S. Postal Service Air Mail and Tracking Numbers are NOT available.
Q: Will I be able to maintain my front license plate?
A: Some applications may require the removal of the front plate; however, with small modifications the front plate may be used (always check local laws).
Q: Will it fit over my fog lights?
A: If we do not note otherwise then our grille inserts will fit on the car with OEM factory fog lights.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: We are sorry, but we do not have a Call Center nor take phone orders. All orders must be placed online. Since we offer different payment options, you have options such as mailing your payment if you do not wish to place an order online (please follow appropriate instructions to place a Money Order order).
Q: What happens if I need to cancel an order?
A: Please e-mail us and we can cancel the order and issue a refund. Please be aware that a 5% Cancelation Fee will be assessed for ALL cancelled orders. If any order was ordered thru one of our distributors (ex. GrillCraft, Precision, Carriage Works, etc. ) and is in process or in transit, we will be unable to cancel it.
Q: When do you charge a Credit Card for an order?
A: Because we need to fabricate and assemble products or place an order thru a Distributor, your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.
Q: Is expedited or overnight shipping available?
A: We are sorry, but NO expedited shipping is available and we stand by the listed 1 to 3 week ship time. There are no exceptions made regarding this.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m EST. All e-mails are answered within 24 to 48 hours. We are, however, closed on Sunday's and all National Holidays.
Q: How do the SES Trims Pillar Posts install?
A: SES Trims Pillar Posts require no cutting or drilling and will install in less than 20 minutes. They install easily over your original pillars with no need to drill, cut or remove any factory components.
Q: If I purchase a Pillar Posts, what is included?
A: One set of Pillar Posts consists of six pieces (three for the driver's side and three for the passengers side). When a Pillar Post is purchased, an entire set or six pieces are included and shipped.
Q: What are the SES Trims Pillar Posts manufactured from?
A: SES Trims Pillar Posts are manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel that is triple chrome plated to a gleaming solid mirror finish. Rest assured that the SES Trims custom pillar posts will stand up to the rigors of winter driving.
Q: Will the products on your website fit comparable international models?
A: Sorry, but we can't guarantee a product specifically marketed and noted for a U.S. model will fit a comparable international model. If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing one of our products, check with a local automotive dealership (or research online or thu another venue) to see if the dimensions are the same as U.S. models.
